The Compression Principle Of Screw Air Compressor
(1) Inspiratory process:
Motor drive/internal combustion engine rotor, the main and slave rotor groove space in turn to the inlet end wall opening, the space is large, the outside air is filled with them, when the inlet side of the rotor from the shell of the inlet, the air between the groove is closed in the main, slave rotor and the housing, complete the suction process.
(2) Compression process:
At the end of the suction, the closed volume formed by the main and the rotor tooth peak and the casing decreases with the change of the rotor Angle, and moves in a spiral shape, which is the "compression process".
(3) Compressed gas and oil injection process:
In the process of transportation, the volume is constantly reduced, the gas is constantly compressed, the pressure is increased, the temperature is increased, at the same time, because of the difference in air pressure and become mist lubricating oil is sprayed into the compression chamber, so as to achieve compression, reduce the temperature seal and lubrication.
(4) Exhaust process:
When the closed tooth peak of the rotor rotates to meet the exhaust port of the housing, the compressed air starts to discharge until the anastomotic surface of the tooth peak and groove moves to the exhaust end face. At this time, the groove space is zero, that is, the exhaust process is completed. At the same time, the other pair of furrows in the master and slave rotors have been rotated to the intake end, creating a maximum space to begin the suction process, thus starting a new compression cycle.
